Although we advise customers to have their charcoal delivered via our nominated courier UPS, collections are possible by appointment.

DELIVERIES
UPS drivers have been advised to restrict as much as possible the amount of customer contact when making deliveries. This means that the driver will sign to acknowledge you have received your order. Where customers are not in, the order will be taken to a local UPS DropStore.
